2 weeks ago, I was at home with my friend Yi, it was the weekend, but we did not feel like going out...
We were just enjoying a night gloss and fuss chitchatting about everything and nothing.
Then this idea came out from out talk, we should do a short movie about our life in Shanghai, and especially about all the questions that we are asking ourself everyday.
And the first topic that we wanted to talk about was Friendship!
In a City like Shanghai, that is growing and moving so fast! A life that you could hardly catch; people running after their dream of money, glory sex and love, where does friendship stand?
I mean, it's difficult not to be corrupted when you come here, all the light of the nightlife, all those beautiful girls, all the new people you're meeting, the new life you're starting... you feel like you're the king of the world...
But did you ever stop and think about your relation with all those people here?
Have you ever feel alone, while you were surrounded by a bunch of people that you know?
Are they real? Are they true? Are they loyal to you? In fact, are they your friend?
Now we shorted out some of the essential questions we would like to ask people here in Shanghai, Chinese people or foreign people, no matter who you are, I'm sure everybody should answer those questions! Or at least ask themselves those questions and meditate on it!
Plus you can help us doing out short cut!
So here are the questions:
1- How many close friends do you have in Shanghai?
2- Do you enjoy your friends here?
3- How many of your Shanghai friends do you think could be your life time friends?
4- What do you do with your friend?
5- What do you like to do the most with your friends (activities)?
6- What's the difference between your hometown friendship and your Shanghai friendship?
7- What do you think friendship bring you or should bring you?
8- What's your definition of friendship?
9- Have you ever been hurt or cheated by friends?
10- Would you forget them?
11- Do you think Shanghai changed your vision of friendship, or you changed Shanghai people's vision?
